Our department ensures the efficient operation, management, and upkeep of all campus electricity, heating, cooling, and facilities maintenance, servicing over 11 million square feet of campus space and we’re looking for a passionate leader like you to join us in this exciting mission!
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for maintaining a select group of buildings, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring our facilities remain in top condition. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers, technicians, contractors, and campus staff to deliver outstanding results across a range of projects, from routine repairs to cutting-edge construction initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 7 or more years
- Experience/Skills: Supervision of Personnel
- Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
- Project Management / Construction
- Building Systems (MEP)
- Code knowledge
- Design and construction documentation
- Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
