Your Role
The Clinical Quality team manages our Quality Improvement and Risk Adjustment efforts across all Lines of Business. The Executive Assistant will report to the Vice President of Clinical Quality. In this role you will serve as a liaison for the Clinical Quality team; process monthly expenses, coordinate heavy scheduling and calendaring meetings, organizing team building and on-site events, organize and coordinate executive outreach and provide administrative support to the VP, Clinical Quality and team.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience supporting executive level staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in expense management and travel management tools
- Strong coordination and time management skills
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: $ 71280.00 to $ 99770.00 for California.
