Job Summary
Provide administrative support for large course in the Computer Science and Engineering Division of the EECS Department. Responsibilities include managing exam logistics, and general administrative course support working with faculty, Graduate Student Instructors, Instructional Aides, graders and enrolled students.

Responsibilities*
Required Qualifications*
Excellent administrative skills: computer skills including, email, Google Sheets/Excel, web-based applications, and willingness to learn new computer skills; ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Desired Qualifications*
Experience working with students; knowledge of University policies and procedures including FERPA; experience with Instructional Support Services (ISS); and event planning skills.

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Additional Information
The pay range reflects a year-round, full-time position. The actual income will be pro-rated based on 9 months of effort for this seasonal appointment which is mid-August through mid-May.
Background Screening
