Position Summary

Oceaneering International Inc. Oceaneering Technologies (OII-OTECH) supports the US Navy's submarine rescue mission through the Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance Contract (SROMC). Oceaneering partners with the Navy's Undersea Rescue Command (URC) to provide 24/7 world-wide submarine rescue capability to US, allied and other foreign navy requests to assist disabled submarines (DISSUB) or submersible intervention and rescue. OII-OTECH is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator who will assist the Management team in managing information systems and data to support the operations and maintenance of US Navy submarine rescue systems and support equipment. The Maintenance Coordinator will report to the Maintenance Manager and will work closely with other Managers, the staff of URC and Naval Sea Systems Command to manage and schedule maintenance of USN submarine rescue systems, as well as associated supporting assets. The position requires the participation in and coordination of web-based data applications, execution and recording of asset maintenance, generating multiple reports, and the management of government data systems.
Base pay rate for this position is $40.00 to $50.00

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

* Manipulating, scheduling, and generating reports from government information exchange systems.
* Support the development or review of various reports for management consumption and delivery.
* Generate, track, and report system maintenance schedule adherence.
* Performance of additional duties as required by the Maintenance Manager.
* Review paperwork associated with maintenance schedule execution for completeness and adherence to established requirements.
* Generate and submit for release applicable correspondence required when completing maintenance.
* Works within and supports a safety culture that is in compliance with Oceaneering's Life Safety Rules and HSE program.
* Ensure publications and fly-away laptops are current to support scheduled and unscheduled operations.
* Provide technical support to stakeholders.
* Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of Oceaneering standards.
* Ensure Contract and Divisional procedural requirements are addressed.
* Collection and dissemination of in-situ performance data during scheduled and unscheduled operations.
* Travel and at-sea watchstanding will be required.
* Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Experience in data management of DOD and/or commercial systems or a similar skill set transferrable to executing configuration and data management.
* 3+ years' experience in maintenance scheduling and execution, or years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated understanding of the design and production problems of the technical areas.
* Demonstrated understanding of manned/unmanned subsea systems.
* Web-based data application and data management.
* Time and schedule management required.
* Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products.
* Demonstrated writing and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work as a team member ashore and afloat aboard working vessels.
* Extensive travel and the ability to work away from home for periods up to 45 days.
* Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.


DESIRED

* 1-2 years Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred.
* Experience with USN Rescue Information Exchange (RIX) system.
* Experience with NSLC applications eForms and eDFS.
