We're seeking a technical Program Manager who will partner with our executive management to build, own and drive several programs in our worldwide IP Pre-sales application engineering (FAE) organization. This position is perfect for someone who understands technical selling, enjoys the creativity of building processes and takes pride in enabling a worldwide organization to drive revenue growth and accelerate the pace of business closure.

Responsibilities
- Project manage and drive key, complex engagements to closure in conjunction with the FAEs
- Acts as the focal point of contact to cross-functional teams spanning geographical and organizational boundaries
- Own executive level communications & reporting for complex engagements
- Build & deploy processes and tools to support engagements from RFI to Closure
- Collect best practices in the team and drive business operations teams to systematize
- Drive other organizational initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience Or Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
- Solid technical background in an area applicable to SoC development, such as design, validation, test, quality, etc.
- Prior program management experience in the semiconductor industry (or related role). Knowledge of SoC design lifecycle is a must. Silicon IP knowledge is a plus
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at various management levels
- Excellent risk identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills, including ability to provide coverage and contribution to peers
- Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM and associated data analytics is a plus

Base Salary Range
