As a result of our steady and sustained growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to be a part of transformative projects, providing both mechanical design leadership and technical expertise at our Denver, Colorado location.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and provide technical guidance to mechanical project teams.
  • Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.
  • Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions.
  • Regular travel to military bases and airports as part of lead mechanical engineer role.

What you'll need to succeed:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
  • 12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • PE license

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Expertise in many mechanical system types, such as hot water, chilled water, condenser water systems, VAV, Geothermal, VRF systems, DDC control systems
  • Experience in sustainable design, steam systems, commissioning services, and plumbing systems.
  • Proven track record as a project lead.
  • Experience in designing mechanical systems for Federal Government projects.
  • Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • This role is based out of the Denver, CO
  • Requires travel to military bases and airports.
