• Oversight, review, and management of ND/IEI/ACE brand standards and accuracy in all Institute designed materials for web, email, video, podcast, print, merchandising materials, cards, specialty gifts etc
• Responsible for layout design, print production, and image editing and selection
• Advanced knowledge of Creative Cloud and other job-required software applications; especially InDesign and Photoshop
• IEI and ACE visual design: Liaise with 18+programs and eight initiatives for program needs and graphic creation, editing, and dissemination

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Three or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Lightroom
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Joomla and content management systems
