*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our fundraising efforts and enhancing our organizational growth through effective development strategies. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Duties*
- Work with Development Director, Executive Director, Board of Directors, and volunteers to develop and execute CCUA’s annual fundraising plan and special projects
- Assist with CCUA’s Capital Campaign to develop Columbia’s Agriculture Park with fundraising
- Meet with current and prospective donors/partners to secure financial support and grow the success of CCUA’s community impact
- Maintain the donor database and work with the administrative team and board volunteers to ensure accurate data entry and donor follow up
- Implement CCUA’s donor cultivation plan
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors
- Coordinating fundraising events
- Pursue opportunities for organizational growth as directed by the DD and ED
*Requirements*
- Experience in development, front of house hospitality, non-profit management, or a field which requires building/maintaining relationships
- Outgoing personality
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for CCUA’s mission

Compensation:
● Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience.
