Specifically for this position the experienced scheduler will need the proven ability to function at a high level, to coordinate provider clinic schedules, patient and procedural scheduling for all patients referred to Vascular Surgery. Work collaboratively with patients and families, surgeons, clinical care coordinators, and administrative support staff to provide complex pre-operative testing coordination, vascular surgery scheduling and post-operative appointments within Vascular Surgery. Provide flexible support to reschedule appointments and surgeries as required to accommodate urgent/ emergent cases. Maintain responsibilities for all provider MiChart grids including opening / closing / changing as directed by the clinical and administrative team.
