KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Analyst (Learning & Development) to join our Advisory Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data strategies to support Learning and Development objectives; improve training effectiveness
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify and report on KPI's/insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions and solutions around learning needs
- Provide consultation and expertise across Learning and Development, and the business by supplying requestors with the data they need using the best tool for each specific request, whether the tool is a dashboard, report, or an analysis
- Utilize data engineering/automation for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics to streamline Learning and Development processes and enhance insights
- Present insights, findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytics and reporting activities; stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics, engineering and visualization
Qualifications:
- Minimum six years of recent experience in a related business analyst capacity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Expertise in data visualization, data analytics and process automation, including AI
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals; excellent relationship and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills; proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
