Join the exciting T1 Project! As a Document Control Specialist, you will handle the processing and/or reproduction of construction documents to insure accuracy and timely release for a large sized project.
- Maintains and distributes daily Project Read Files.
- Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files.
- Establishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library.
- Maintains project File Index, files and library.
- Monitors Primavera program for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company.
- Maintains signature authority matrix.
- Assists with internal audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control.
- Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
- Support published corporate policies.
- Perform additional assignments per management's direction.
Completes and processes all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database, including electronic logging, scanning, distribution and storage needs.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in a related field required.
- Proven experience with ProCore Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Primavera Contract Manager
- Able to read and write correspondence.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
